This option is for those who do not rent out their apartments.

We direct this offer to owners who use them exclusively as holiday homes for themselves, family, and friends. These apartments often remain unoccupied most of the year, especially during winter, when high humidity in Portugal can lead to mold and unpleasant odors.

Additionally, arrivals to such apartments often happen late in the evening, and we offer support in organizing these visits.

Our apartment care services include:

• Periodic apartment checks (e.g., once a month), which involve airing rooms, checking walls, appliances, furniture, and installations

• Airport transfer arrangements for owners

• Preparing the car after a long period of non-use: washing, battery charging, tire pressure check, fluid levels, etc.

• Air conditioning cleaning and mold prevention

• Cleaning before arrival

• Shopping for arrival, based on the owner's list

• Organization of refreshing or renovation work
